In the 2004 Philippine Lasallian Convocation, the Philippine Lasallian Family agreed to step up efforts towards ensuring equitable access to Lasallian education. The De La Salle Schools were mandated to explore and implement initiatives that would allow needy current and prospective students to continue or pursue the holistic and quality education offered by Lasallian educational institutions.
In line with the Convocation resolution, and an earlier Ministry Action Plan for the Lasallian Family Synod of 1999 to expand the access to Lasallian education, De La Salle Santiago Zobel (DLSZ) offers a number of student scholarship grants for incoming Grade 5 to 12.
In this regard, DLSZ has formulated an expanded Scholarship and Financial Assistance Program (SFAP) with the following objectives:
The Br. Andrew Gonzalez FSC Academic Scholarship is granted to the top five (5) students of each batch from Grade 5 to Grade 10 awarded in the Honors’ Convocation.
The Br. Ceci Hojilla FSC Athletic Scholarship is open to incoming Grade 8 – Grade 12 students who are members of any DLSZ varsity teams and exhibit exceptional skills in any sport.
The St. Br. Miguel Febres Cordero Arts Scholarship is open to incoming Grade 9 to Grade 12 students who exhibit exceptional talent in music, theater, dance, visual arts, and publications.
The Br. Rafael Donato FSC Leadership Scholarship is open to incoming Grade 9 – Grade 12 students who manifest exceptional leadership abilities and active community service.
The Centennial Star Scholarship was launched in celebration of the centenary of Lasallian presence in the Philippines. Starting in 2011, DLSZ has granted educational assistance to two (2) public school graduates to avail of Lasallian education under this program.
The successful applicants are granted full tuition fee discounts including miscellaneous, specific, and other fees, the development fee is waived while the school uniforms and books are sponsored by benefactors.
The Br. V. Felix Masson FSC Student Financial Assistance is open to incoming grade 5 to grade 12 students who are currently enrolled in DLSZ and who, by virtue of their family’s current economic status and financial standing, may require assistance. The grant may be availed for a maximum of two academic years subject to a review of the family’s conditions that warrant financial support and the satisfactory academic and conduct performance of the grantee.
The school provides a 10% discount on tuition fee only to PWD as mandated by R.A. 9442.
Requirement: Photocopy of the valid PWD identification card issued by the National Council on Disability Affairs or the municipal Social Welfare Office
This scholarship grant is open to all Grade 9 – Grade 12 students and shall cover the full cost of tuition, miscellaneous, specific school fees, cost of books and the school uniform.

The Brother President Scholarship Program is open to qualified children of permanent/regular employees who have rendered at least three (3) years of satisfactory service in DLSZ.
