Application period for Grade 7 is from December 15, 2022 to March 31, 2023

Application period for Grade 11 is from March 3, 2023 until April 14, 2023

Application period may be extended depending on the availability of slots.

ADMISSIONS POLICY

The De La Salle Santiago Zobel School (DLSZ) is a Catholic school. Non-Catholics are admitted provided they participate in all religious activities that are required of the students. No exemption shall be granted by reason of membership in or affiliation with a different religion. 

A student’s application will be given due course when the student-applicant meets all the academic requirements and has none of the disqualification prescribed by the School, the Department of Education 2010 Revised Manual of Regulations for Private Schools in Basic Education and the DLSZ Student Handbook as amended and such other rules promulgated by the School.

The school reserves the right at any time to refuse, to admit, or to re-admit students under certain conditions as enrolment in DLSZ is a privilege.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A graduate from a public elementary school;
  • From financially challenged families within Muntinlupa and its adjacent cities;
  • With annual family income below PhP 350,000.00; and
  • With a General Average of 85% or higher, no grade below 82% in all subjects and a Conduct Grade of at least B (80-84)

REQUIREMENTS

A. If parents/guardian are employed:

  • latest Payslip (2 months);
  • ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316; and
  • Contract of Employment and latest remittance slip (for OFWs).

B. If parents/guardian are unemployed (not working):

  • Certificate of Tax Exemption (issued by the BIR); or
  • Social Case Study Report (issued by the DSWD)
  • Notarized Affidavit of Source of Income stating average monthly earnings/support received

 

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Application Form

Fill out and submit the online application form via the Admissions Portal (https://admissions.dlszobel.edu.ph). Download the Recommendation Form, Application Confirmation Slip, Data Privacy Statement Consent Form and Waiver for Non-Catholics (for non-Catholics only) generated through the Admissions Portal.

Application Fee Payment

Pay the non-refundable Application Fee of PhP 100.00 through the different online payment facilities as indicated below.

1. Online banking using BILLS PAYMENT FACILITY through your bank’s mobile app or website to transfer funds to the school’s Union Bank account with the following details:

Account Number: CA 018-03-000-6691

Remarks: Student’s Name / Application Number / Purpose of payment (Application Fee)

2. Via DLSZ online payment facility (https://pay.dlszobel.edu.ph) using your credit card or online banking accounts using the BILLS PAYMENT FACILITY with the following details:

Remarks: Student’s Name / Application Number / Purpose of payment

3. Over the counter payments can be made at any Union Bank branch using the Bills Payment Slip with the following details:

Payment for (Company/Institution): De La Salle Santiago Zobel School

Client Name: Student’s Name

Reference Number: Student’s Application Number

Account Number: CA 018-03-000-6691 

An official receipt shall be issued after confirmation of payment. The official receipt may be claimed from the school’s Accounting Office on schedule or a PDF copy may be requested thru studentaccounts@dlszobel.edu.ph.

Requirements Submission

Submit all application requirements through the Admissions Portal.

You may check the status of each submitted requirement if it’s verified and accepted within 5-7 days. An email notification will be sent to you for the missing application requirements. Only applicants who have submitted complete application requirements will be given a Test Permit.

Admissions Test

Download the Test Permit from the Admissions Portal (https://admissions.dlszobel.edu.ph). 

The Test Permit will be released within 5 to 7 working days upon receipt of complete application requirements. Take the Entrance Test on the day indicated in the Test Permit. 

Note: Entrance Test will commence in January 2023.

Final Interview

Applicants, together with their parents/guardians, who successfully passed the entrance test will be subjected for final interview. The Admissions Personnel will call for these applicants regarding the schedule and venue of the final interview.

Release of Application Results

  • Application results are available online via the Application Portal one week after the final interview.
  • Inquiries made through calls or email regarding the test results will NOT be entertained.
  • Parents of accepted applicants should confirm enrollment on the dates indicated in the Acceptance Letter.

PROCEDURE FOR CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT

Pay the Enrollment Fee of Php 520.00 through the payment facilities mentioned above.

Send a copy of the proof of payment for the enrollment fee via email to enroll@dlszobel.edu.ph and nhsenrollment@dlszobel.edu.ph 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All submitted documents in compliance with the application and enrollment requirements shall become the property of DLSZ and are not to be returned to the applicant.

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

The following enrollment requirements must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office in Alabang Campus on or before August 31, 2023:

  • Original Copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (formerly National Statistics Office); 
  • Original Final Report Card (DepEd School Form 9) of the current level signed by the School Head/Registrar which indicates the level completed and the level the student is eligible for admission to; 
  • Certified True Copy of Grade 6 Diploma (for Grade Seven transferee)/ Certificate of Completion with the student’s LRN (for Grade Eleven transferee); and
  • Form 137 (DepEd School Form 10)

Important Notes:

  • All submitted documents in compliance with the application and enrollment requirements shall become the property of DLSZ and are not to be returned to the applicant.
  • The applicant is considered officially enrolled ONLY when he/she has submitted the complete enrollment requirements and has paid the enrollment fee.
  • Parents Orientation will be announced after enrollment.
