Human Resource Management and Organization Development

The Human Resource Management and Organization Development Department (HRMOD) is committed to facilitate in sourcing, maintaining and retaining manpower.  The HRMOD is involved in all facets of the employee development from recruitment to retirement.

The HRMOD handles all employee records, employee relations, employee benefits and employee development of the institution. In relation to this, the department adapts a systematic method for updating and securing all records of DLSZ personnel particularly those related to personnel information, professional and personal development, attendance, performance evaluation results and other pertinent data relevant to his/her employment.

The department also collaborates with the various departments on matters related to work conditions, benefits, employee policies, administrative cases and other job related issues involving all Lasallian Partners.

The HRMOD maintains and consolidates human resource statistics (number of personnel, deployment, attendance among others) and submits necessary reports to other administrators and relevant units/departments.

The HRMOD serves the different departments of the school community in the following areas:

  5. Records Management
