Br. Dodo, Brother Visitor of LEAD

Br. Álvaro Rodríguez Echeverría, the Superior General of the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, or De La Salle Brothers, has appointed BR. DODO FERNANDEZ FSC as the first Brother Visitor of the new Lasallian East Asia District (LEAD), an Alliance Council of Lasallian schools from Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.
LEAD will come to birth on May 15, 2011 in Singapore, exactly one month before De La Salle Philippines composed of seventeen Lasallian schools begin their Centennial Year.
Br. Dodo is presently on sabbatical but will be back on Thursday, Dec. 16 to celebrate Christmas with his Lasallian family.
