The DLSZ Grade School Boys Basketball Team beat the Ateneo Grade School Basketball Team with a score of 55-43 in the championship game of the Philippine Athletic Youth Association (PAYA) Basketball Developmental League (born 2011) held last May 18, 2023, at the Xavier School in San Juan City.
