The DLSZ Senior High School Lawn Tennis Teams have defended their Inter-School Tennis Association (ISTA) tournament titles on March 4, 2023! The DLSZ SHS Boys Lawn Tennis Team and the DLSZ SHS Girls Lawn Tennis Team are the Champions for Divisions 1 and 2, respectively.
Meanwhile, both our DLSZ JHS Boys and Girls Lawn Tennis Teams secured 3rd place in Division 2. Our student-athletes put up an impressive performance, battled hard, and emerged victorious once again– proving their excellence and skill, after competing against various schools.
The pressure of facing highly skilled opponents from November 12, 2022, to March 4, 2023, did not deter the DLSZ Tennis Teams from giving their best and bringing home the trophies.
These achievements are a testament to the dedication, perseverance, and hard work of our student-athletes and coaches. They have shown that with grit and determination, anything is possible.
The tournament was held onsite at the tennis courts of the International School of Manila and Colegio de San Agustin Makati, respectively.
