1. The external shuttle service fee for June 2017 will be pro-rated based on the number of school days. The formula to be used for computation is:
June Fee = P4,000 divided by 22 school days multiplied by the number of days the student rode the bus (P4,000 ÷ 22 x no. of days)
E.g. P4,000 ÷ 22 x 6 = P1,090.91
The billing statement will be sent through the student. Please bring this upon payment.
2. After six days of operations, it has been established that 120 students availed themselves of the external shuttle service. Hence, only two shuttle buses are needed.
3. We enjoin the students to continue to be on time.
4. The external shuttle service engagement is for a period of one school year. Those who will ride the bus starting on Monday, July 3, 2017 will be considered part of the external shuttle service for one school year, and will be billed P4,000 monthly service fee.
