A total 43 Lasallian Student Leaders are participating in our LEADERSHIP EMPOWERMENT AND DEVELOPMENT (LEAD) Series 1 with a theme, “Lasallian Leadership Anchored on Faithâ€. Part 1 was held at DLSZ last May 19-20, 214 while part 2 is being held at St. Patrick School, a Lasallian school in Singapore, from May 21 to May 24, 2014.
This is participated by our student leaders from the central student government and some organizations from the grade school, high school and the Br. Rafael Donato FSC Night High School (BRafeNHS).
The following are the objectives of LEAD Series 1:
- To enhance the Lasallian Core Values of Faith, Service, and Communion in Mission among the SRCC Officers in the context of student leadership.
- To improve understanding of their roles and responsibilities as student council officers.
- To establish goals and directions for the entire school year.
- To learn fundamental tenets of effective organization, management, communication and other services.
- To imbibe the  essence of the Lasallian Mission through proper internalization and realization of the Lasallian Leadership.
- To share and to learn best leadership practices with other Lasallian schools in Singapore.
- To appreciate the living of the Lasallian mission in the multi-cultural context in Singapore

The group is being led by Ms. Llewelyn Embudo as the team leader, Mr. Jesus Sulit, Mr. Ben Sazob and Ms. Clarissa Teves.
This is a good experience for our student leaders to interact and build network with fellow Lasallians from other countries.
