Father and Son Camp 2017; Mother and Daughter Camp 2017

The Student Clubs and Activities Office cordially invites interested students and parents to join the following camps this year:
FATHER AND SON CAMP 2017
Name of Event:             38th Annual DLSZ Father & Son Camp
Camp Fee:                     PhP 2,500.00
Date of Camp:              February 24 – 26, 2017, Friday – Sunday
Venue of Camp:            Playa Beach Resort, Calatagan, Batangas
Objectives of the Camp:

  • To strengthen the bond between fathers and their sons through shared activities in an outdoor setting
  • To build up community values through activities that highlight useful scouting and outdoor skills
  • To promote camaraderie among fathers and school personnel, and among sons through friendly games, competition and fellowship activities

Camp Theme for this Year: “Lasalyanong Pilipino: Bayani sa Isip, Salita at Gawa” – The DLSZ Father and Son campers get together and celebrate and learn our Filipino Heroes from our past. From the theme, campers will learn to become true leaders not only with their fellow campers but also for the community and our country.
MOTHER AND DAUGHTER CAMP 2017
Name of Event:             Annual DLSZ Mother & Daughter Camp
Camp Fee:                     PhP 4,000.00
Date of Camp:              March 18-19, 2017, Saturday – Sunday
Venue of Camp:            Tagaytay Highlands, Bgy. Calabuso, Tagaytay City
Objectives of the Camp:

  • To provide mother and daughter outdoor experiences that will promote active learning together, in order for mothers to support their daughters in becoming responsible women
  • To enrich mother-daughter relationships based on Girl Scout local and global standards
  • To deepen the home – school partnership through fun-filled, relevant and meaningful team-building activities, anchored on the Lasallian core values of Faith, Service and Communion

Camp Theme for this Year: “Grow and Celebrate”. The Mother and Daughter Camp participants will commemorate the growing relationship anchored on love, trust, and understanding. The special bond that ties them will be strengthened even more by emphasizing the Lasallian Core Values of Faith, Zeal for Service and Communion in Mission.
