Francis Luis B. Perlas Scholarship

This scholarship grant is open to all incoming Grade 9 – Grade 12 students and shall cover 100% of the tuition fee.

Eligibility

For the student to be qualified for this scholarship, he/she must meet the following criteria:

1. must have at least one-year of residency in De La Salle Santiago Zobel School
2. comes from a middle-income family as indicated by socio-economic variables in the application form
3. Grade Requirements:

3.1. Have a General Weighted Average of 85% or above with no grade lower than 85% in any subject, and in any term

3.2. Have at least 90% or above in Mathematics for each term

3.3. have a conduct/homeroom/club activity grade of at least B (80-84) in every term

4. an active member of any recognized student club or organization, athletic team, performing arts group, or peer tutoring group (especially in Mathematics)

Application Procedure:

Reminder: The SFAPs Committee will only process scholarship applications made online.

1. Log-in to DLSZ Family Portal to access the online application form.

2. Fill out the online application form and click “Submit”. You must receive an email containing confirmation of submission and further instructions to pursue the application. If you do not receive the confirmation email, kindly email scholarship@dlszobel.edu.ph.

3. Upload the following required documents:

• Copy of the student’s current report card
• Letter of Intent by the Parent/Guardian of the applicant expressing interest and reasons for the application
• Parents’/Guardian’s latest Certificate of income (ITR) issued by their employer/s and/or payslip for the past 3 months; for self-employed a certificate of Registration of Business Enterprise issued by the relevant local or national government agency and bank statement (within the last 3-6 months); or for OFW remittance receipt for the last 3 months
• Electric Bills (MERALCO) for the last 3 months
• one 2×2 photo (for new applicants only)
