DLSZ Coaches Shine in the 32nd SEA Games

DLSZ takes pride in highlighting the significant contributions of its three globally competitive and world-renowned coaches at the recently concluded 32nd Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) in Cambodia.

Coach Chino Veguillas of DLSZ Karate Team is also the Head Coach of the Philippine National Karate Team. He played a crucial role in Sakura Alforte’s (DLSZ 2020) attainment of the Karate Gold Medal as well as the team’s other gold, silver and bronze medals.

Coach Ramil Endriano of DLSZ Fencing  Team is also the Head Coach of the Philippine National Fencing Team. He was instrumental in hauling five (5) Silver medals and Bronze medals in individual and team categories.

Meanwhile, Coach Ricardo Santiago Jr. of the DLSZ Taekwondo Team has maintained his position as an international referee for Taekwondo since the 30th SEA Games. The Philippine National Taekwondo Team also hauled several gold and silver medals.

Their remarkable accomplishments not only demonstrate their skills but their international experience sets the bar on what they bring back to the sports program of the school and the country. This exemplifies DLSZ’s commitment to achieving athletic excellence and a testament to our mission of becoming Lasallian Achievers and Leaders for God and country!

Your DLSZ Community is proud of your achievements! Animo La Salle!
