National Inter-school Taekwondo Championships
On October 1-2, 2022, DLSZ Taekwondo Varsity players Kamilla Omer (DLSZ 2024), Ryu Hizume (DLSZ 2023), Paul Sebastian Alcantara (DLSZ 2029) won Gold, Silver and Bronze medals in the 2022 SMART/MVPSF National Inter-School Taekwondo Championships.
The DLSZ players joined over 2000 competitors nationwide to win in the Kyorugi or Combat event.

45th National Taekwondo Championships
On October 3-4, 2022, DLSZ Taekwondo Varsity Player, Kamilla Omer (DLSZ 2024) won the Gold medal in the 2022 45th Smart/MVPSF National Kyorugi Taekwondo Championships at the Ayala Malls, Manila Bay.
Kamilla joined 1200 competitors nationwide to win in the Kyorugi or Combat event.

National Carlos Palanca Jr. Taekwondo Championships
On October 8-9, 2022, DLSZ Taekwondo Varsity players, Kamilla Omer (DLSZ 2024) and Ryu Hizume (DLSZ 2023) won Silver and Bronze medals, respectively, in the 2022 SMART/MVPSF National Carlos Palanca Jr. Memorial Taekwondo Championships.
The DLSZ Varsity players joined over 700 elite blackbelt competitors nationwide to win in the Kyorugi event.
