1. On the revised schedule of Viewing of Grades and Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC):
- January 23-24 (Thursday-Friday) Regular classes
- January 30 (Thursday) Online Viewing of Grades
- January 31 (Friday) PTC for day school to be held in the classrooms
- Pre-K to Grade 6 – 8:00am – 12:00noon
- Grades 7-9 and Grades 11-12 – 8:00am – 12:00noon
- Grade 10 – 8:00am – 10:00am
- Grade 10 DSHAPE Forum at DDA – 10:00 am to 12:00noon
- January 31 (Friday) Lasallian Mentors Recollection – 2:00pm to 6:00pm
- February 7 (Friday) PTC for BRafeNHS – 5:00pm to 7:00pm in the classrooms
2. On make up classes: Flipped classes will go on for five Saturdays (Jan. 25, Feb. 1, Feb. 8, Feb. 15, Feb. 22) to make up for the lost days. Instructions and exercises will be uploaded to the students’ Notes and Homework page.
3. On precautionary measures: Although both DLSZ campuses have been thoroughly cleaned, all students and personnel are advised to wear dust masks, long sleeves, pants or long socks for girls to protect them from ash particles. Extra masks should also be readily available in their bags.
4. On the use of the swimming pool and football field: Both facilities will not be operational yet. The water in the swimming pool will have to be back-flushed for two weeks. Water testing will be done to check for water quality. As for the football field, the artificial turf granules and silica sand were contaminated with volcanic ash. Until further notice, all swimming activities and football training will be suspended.
