A hard copy of the Memorandum on Student Clearance, Enrollment and Scholarship Grants has been sent out to students last January 21, 2015. In this regard, kindly accomplish the reply slip (found at the inner fold) and return to your child’s adviser on or before Thursday, January 29, 2015.
