The De La Salle Santiago Zobel School, in partnership with the City Government of Muntinlupa through the Office Mayor Jaime Fresnedi, Data Science and Technology Corporation, and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce Inc-Muntinlupa City, is Co-organizing the 20th International Robot Olympiad (IRO) to be held on the 15th to 18th of December 2018 at the De La Salle Santiago Zobel School, Muntinlupa City.
In preparation for this huge event, the IRO Philippine committee is staging the Preliminaries on June 16-17, 2018 for the 20th IRO and Summer Sumo Games where both contenders and players will experience the real IRO challenges six months ahead of the real event.
It will be the first time that the IRO competition will be held in the Philippines. The committee envisions a grander and bigger IRO ever as this year is the 20th year of the organization’s founding.
