DLSZ was able to participate in the recent “WALK for LIFE” called by the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP), Council of the Laity and De La Salle Philippines (DLSP) held last Feb 18 at Quirino Grandstand.
There were 48 participants representing the DLSZ contingent from students, teachers, staff, administration, and parents including DLSZ President and HS Principal, Br. Bernard S. Oca FSC.
It was a solemn and prayerful walk among defenders of life from the different organisations of the Catholic network. We are one with the rest of the Catholic Church in voicing out the following messages:
- YES to LIFE
- Lakas Hindi Dahas
- No to Death Penalty
- No to Lowering the Age of Criminal Liability from 15 to 9 years old
