As we finalize matters related to this initiative, please note the following:
*If your child/ren watched ICONS 2024, a donation of Php 150.00 can be made through one of the following methods:
1) Family Portal via Adhoc Payments
*Note: For credit and debit card holders, convenience fees may apply
2) Bills Payment Facility
– Bank: UnionBank of the Philippines Biller
– Name: De La Salle Santiago Zobel School
– Please indicate the Student Name, Student ID Number, and payment particulars.
After payment, kindly email the proof of payment along with the student’s name and grade level to studentaccounts@dlszobel.edu.ph or culturalaffairs@dlszobel.edu.ph.
3) Onsite Payment: Finance Office, Alabang Campus
*If your child/ren was absent and/or did not watch the ICONS, please disregard this letter.
We kindly request your support by completing a Google Form to signify your acknowledgment of donation and endorsement of your child/ren’s participation in ICONS 2024. Your response will greatly assist us in finalizing records and facilitating seamless transactions. We hope to receive your response on or before February 14, 2025.
