Congratulations to our DLSZ Seniors Baseball Team for winning the Championship in the 1MUNTI BASEBALL CLASSICS 18U DIVISION held last November 9, 2024 at the Ayala Alabang Country Club, Muntinlupa City.
The 1Munti Baseball Classic kicked off the Academic Year 2024-2025 with a spectacular display of talent and sportsmanship, featuring some of the most competitive high school baseball teams in the region. Hosted in Muntinlupa City, the tournament proved to be an exciting battleground for aspiring young athletes, ultimately culminating in a resounding victory for the De La Salle Zobel (DLSZ) Senior Baseball Team.

The DLSZ Senior team, composed of players from Grades 10 to 12, showcased incredible determination and skill throughout the tournament. Their path to glory was marked by a thrilling semifinal match against Southridge, where DLSZ eked out a narrow 2-1 win in a tense, low-scoring game dominated by excellent pitching and defense.
Championship Showdown
In the championship game, DLSZ faced off against Tanauan, a powerhouse known for its strong baseball tradition. Despite the high stakes, the DLSZ Seniors brought their A-game, demonstrating their offensive firepower and defensive precision. The final score of 6-2 in favor of DLSZ underscored their dominance, as they claimed the championship trophy in front of an enthusiastic crowd.
