As per DLSZ Safety and Security Office Head, Ms. Malou Mabalot, Kap. Ruben Baes and some Governors from AAVA were able to make a peaceful concession of status quo (just now) for our smooth entry in Champaca Gate despite the earlier promulgation by AAVA of its exclusivity to residents only.
Thankfully, Champaca Gate remains open to us until further notice.
