Chef Kenneth Lee Cacho (DLSZ Grade School ’86), an alumnus from Batch 1990, is making a name in the culinary field after he was named as this year’s Best Chef in the recently concluded 2015 Philippine Culinary Cup held last August 5-8 at the SMX Convention Center.
He also received seven (7) Gold Medals during this prestigious culinary competition.
Being considered as the country’s top chef, Kenneth Cacho currently runs and teaches culinary in the International School of Culinary and Hotel Management (ISCHM) in Pampanga. He is the former Sous Chef of Mandarin Oriental in Makati City.
