Every year, Lasallians around the world celebrate the International Lasallian Days for Peace (ILDP) from September 21 to October 21. This global initiative affirms our shared mission of building peace in our communities and the world.
In the Lasallian East Asia District (LEAD), the campaign is localized through LEAD for Peace, which seeks to empower students, educators, and partners-in-mission to live out peace in concrete and transformative ways.
The Institute-wide theme for ILDP 2025 is “We are Bridges for Peace: From Conflict to Connection.” In LEAD, we recognize that peace is not only about addressing human conflicts but also about restoring our broken relationship with the environment.

This first webinar seeks to raise awareness of the national environmental challenges within the District and to recognize how these challenges can divide or connect us. By engaging in dialogue, Lasallians will reflect on how building bridges of peace also means committing to climate justice—ensuring that the most affected are heard, supported, and empowered.

The second LEAD for Peace webinar shifts the focus from identifying the ecological challenges inn our countries to highlighting how young people are already responding with courage and creativity. Through a panel of Lasallian youth and partner organizations, we will hear stories of action for climate justice—from advocacy campaigns and sustainable school projects to grassroots community initiatives.
