As Pope Francis mentioned in his Post-Synodal Apostolic Exhortation “Christus Vivit” (Jesus is Alive), “In the heart of the Church, Mary shines forth. She is the supreme model for a youthful Church that seeks to follow Christ with enthusiasm and docility. While still very young, she accepted the message of the angel, yet she was not afraid to ask questions. With open heart and soul, she replied, “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord”.
Everyone is encouraged to visit and pray to our Blessed Virgin Mary as we celebrate the Marian month. The exhibit will start with the cutting of ribbon today (October 14, 2019), 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Star Chapel.

REMEMBER, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen
