DLSZ Students Bring Pride to the Philippines in International STEM Competitions
Congratulations to the DLSZ students for their outstanding achievements as they represented both the school and the Philippines in two (2) prestigious international STEM competitions held in Rome, Italy, and New York, USA.
These international events gathered exceptional young learners from various countries to compete in the fields of Science, Mathematics, and Coding, providing a platform for students to showcase their knowledge, skills, and innovation on the global stage.
Representing DLSZ at the International STEM Olympiad, held from July 2–8, 2026, in Rome, Italy were:
Both students demonstrated remarkable competence, determination, and resilience throughout the competition. Their excellent performance earned them medals in both the Mathematics and Science categories, bringing pride to the Lasallian community and to the Philippines.
Additionally, Sarah Sophia Cabodil (DLSZ 2029) won at the NeoScience International Competition, held from July 27 to August 2, 2026, in New York, USA.
