

For the first time, De La Salle Santiago Zobel School (DLSZ) participated in the 7th National Phoenix Aralinks Quest from September 6 to November 27, 2024. Our talented students, Carlo Sebastian Ramos (DLSZ 2031) and Sebastien Grey Despi (DLSZ 2031) secured the First Runner-Up position for their innovative project entitled “FreeFloodFlow.” This groundbreaking project, categorized under Intermediate-Physical Computing, showcases the immense potential of technology to address real-world challenges. This nationwide competition attracted approximately 100 enthusiastic participants, representing their respective schools.
On December 4, 2024, these talented students were officially awarded at the Aralinks Leadership Academy: Solidifying Goals, Inspiring Action (ALAGA) in Clark, Pampanga to showcase their winning project to a wider audience and network with industry experts.
Quiz Bee Brilliance
In addition, Lucienne Posio (DLSZ 2034) brought home the Silver Medal from the Phoenix Aralinks Quest Quiz Bee held on November 9, 2024. Her exceptional knowledge and quick thinking have brought honor to our school.
A Beacon of Innovation
DLSZ has also been recognized by Phoenix Aralinks as the Bronze Light House of the Year. This prestigious title acknowledges our school’s commitment to innovation, creativity, and the development of future leaders.
