The National Age Group Aquathlon- being one of the most prestigious events is organized by the Triathlon Association Of The Philippines(TRAP). The purpose of the event is to find potential athletes to become members of the national developmental pool. The DLSZ Tri Team participates in other triathlon events as part of their endurance and skill training.
Pia Gienne Meiko Gito (DLSZ 2034) and Oliver Alingarog (DLSZ 2032) are now preparing and aiming for the overall championship in the final leg of the Phoenix Kids Philippines Triathlon Series which will be held on November 26, 2023 at New Clark City.
Further, Gabrielle Guevara (DLSZ 2025) is also preparing for Batang Pinoy (Philippine National Games) Road Race and Criterium events on December 18 & 20 2023 at Tagaytay City.
These students train under Coach Noel Salvador of the DLSZ Tri Team, Coach Garry Domingo of the DLSZ Junior Tankers, and Coach Jonah Genilza of the DLSZ Tracksters.
