DLSZ congratulates Coach Marco Januz “Juno” Sauler (DLSZ 1990) who was inducted into the De La Salle Alumni Association (DLSAA) Sports Hall of Fame during the 8th One La Salle Night of Excellence held last April 15, 2023, at De La Salle University Manila.
Coach Juno, an alumnus and former basketball head coach of DLSZ, led the DLSZ Junior Archers from 1998 to 2001. He played a significant role in the success of the DLSZ Junior Archers, as they consistently finished in the top 3 of the seasons in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP). He was the Team Captain (1990) and played for the DLSZ Junior Archers (1988-1990) then moved on as Team Captain (1994) and played for the DLSU Green Archers (1992-1994).

He is currently the Assistant Coach for the Magnolia Hotshots in the Philippine Basketball Association. He has also started an advocacy for the youth, using the #StopPlayingZonePH with the hopes of improving Philippine basketball on the International scene.
The DLSAA Sports Hall of Fame Award recognizes athletes who have demonstrated exceptional performance either individually or as part of a team while representing DLSU-M or any DLSB-PD school in officially recognized competitions. It also includes those who have been members of Philippine delegations in prestigious regional or international sports events such as the Olympics, Asian Games, Southeast Asian Games, and more.
