The Student Representative Coordinating Council (SRCC) has launched a signature campaign to express their stand against the Re-imposition of Death Penalty and Lowering the Minimum Age of Criminal Responsibility.
Currently, the SRCC is soliciting signatures to their fellow students who share the same beliefs. Once done, their statements, alongside the signatures, will be forwarded to the House of Representatives and Senate of the Philippines to appeal to them not to pass the aforementioned bills.
