The Letter to Parents/Guardians and the Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM) Seminar Attendance Survey & Tracking Form (Survey Form) have been distributed to all students. All DLSZ parents are enjoined to accomplish and return the Survey Form by December 1, 2015. The responses culled from this will help the school schedule additional seminars and finalize and implement the DRRM Plan.
