In response to AAVA president Mr. Epifanio S. Joaquin’s letter dated December 16, 2014, Br. Bernard S. Oca FSC sent his response in a formal letter last December 26 to address the concern regarding the Color-Coding Scheme aimed at reducing the number of motor vehicles ferrying DLSZ students to and from school effective February 3, 2015.
