Congratulations Miyake Capina (DLSZ 2027), for proudly representing DLSZ at the Academy of Entrepreneurs (AE) Study Tour last November 2-9, 2025, in Sydney, Australia. The activity brought together young innovators and aspiring entrepreneurs from around the world.

Miyake was the only delegate from the school, joining the La Salle Green Hills (LSGH) group in the week-long program. AE facilitated hands-on workshops on business plan writing for social impact, developing game-changing ideas and sustainable revenue models, and learning about global leadership and diplomacy. They also conducted industry visits, including University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Amazon Australia, and the General Consulate.

The highlight of the tour was the Business Pitching Event, where The Lumiora Collective—the team that Miyake was part of, won first place out of five (5) groups. Their winning project is a mental health app designed to promote emotional well-being and provide accessible support for individuals through technology-driven solutions. The app stood out for its innovation, social relevance, and potential for global impact.
