The DLSZ Robotics Elite Team members won numerous awards at the Summer Robot Games International Open and Youth Robotics Convention held on July 11 and 12, 2024 at the De La Salle Santiago Zobel Alabang Campus.
They participated in various events such as Sumobot, Line Tracing, One Minute Games, and Innovative categories. The members competed against 80 schools nationwide, with more than 500 participants.
The DLSZ Elite members, Reese Reilley Alabano, Brent Izekiel Escalona, and Jose Hugo Rafael Tan, presented during the Youth Robotics Convention 2024, where they shared about their robotics journey, experience, and how robotics helped them.
As a leading school in the field of Robotics, DLSZ has been selected to host this prestigious event. In collaboration with Data Science Technology Corporation, this event showcased the latest advancements in robotics and provided a platform for participants to engage in innovative competitions, immersive workshops, and inspiring talks.
DLSZ Robotics Elite team was awarded the Gold Standard Robotics Excellence Award as the school with the most number of champion awards during the competition.
