DLSZ Triathlon Team Stands Strong at the Triman Triathlon 2025

Congratulations to our DLSZ Triathlon Team for achieving seven (7) podium finishes at the Triman Triathlon 2025 held last August 24, 2025, at the Ayala Vermosa Sports Hub, under the guidance of Head Coach Noel Salvador. The team demonstrated true Lasallian grit, endurance, and passion across all age categories.

Jairus delivered a commanding performance, with an impressive total time of 0:53:34. He completed the 300m swim in 4:57 (pace 1:39/100m), the 20km bike leg in 34:19 (average speed 35.0 kph), and the 5km run in 14:18 (pace 2:52/km). His consistency across all legs proved his focus and strength, leading him to the top of the podium.
Dirk displayed incredible endurance, finishing with a total time of 1:29:34. His 600m swim clocked in at 13:18 (pace 2:13/100m), followed by a powerful 30km bike split of 51:43 (average speed 34.8 kph), and a solid 5km run at 24:33 (pace 4:55/km). His strong bike effort was key to securing his spot on the podium.
Inigo showed focus and determination as he battled through the course with a total time of 0:57:31. His 300m swim was completed in 4:22 (pace 1:27/100m), the 20km bike in 36:24 (average speed 33.0 kph), and the 5km run in 16:45 (pace 3:21/km). His balanced pacing across all segments reflected his race maturity and control.
Anika raced with heart and composure in her category with a total time of 0:47:32. She completed the 300m swim in 6:18 (pace 2:06/100m), the 10km bike in 24:23 (average speed 24.6 kph), and the 2.5km run in 16:50 (pace 6:44/km). Her strong effort across all legs showcased her growing confidence in the sport.
Team Captain Caleb delivered another remarkable performance, with a total time of 1:35:41. He completed the 600m swim in 10:02 (pace 1:40/100m), the 30km bike in 54:52 (average speed 32.8 kph), and the 5km run in 30:47 (pace 6:09/km). His leadership and perseverance continue to set the tone for the team’s success.
Diego put on a great show of strength, with a total time of 0:57:50. He completed the 300m swim in 4:29 (pace 1:30/100m), the 20km bike in 37:43 (average speed 31.8 kph), and the 5km run in 15:38 (pace 3:07/km). His impressive run split helped him close the gap and secure a podium finish.
Kurt once again showed consistency and speed, with a total time of 0:44:35. He completed the 300m swim in 5:52 (pace 1:57/100m), the 10km bike in 23:04 (average speed 26.0 kph), and the 2.5km run in 15:38 (pace 6:15/km). His steady improvement in all three disciplines demonstrates his dedication to training and race discipline.
