Congratulations to the four contingents of De La Salle Santiago Zobel School who participated in the 36th National Summer Conference and Work Camp held last April 23 – 27, 2014 at the Ibay Zion Hotel, North Outlook Drive, Mines View Park, Baguio City.
The following are the delegates and the awards they have received in the conference:
- Joaquin Miguel Burgos (DLSZ 2015)- Second Place in Feasibility Study and Third Place in Extemporaneous Speech in English
- Thea Monique David (DLSZ 2015)– Second Place in Feasibility Study
- Roiette Soto (BRafeNHS 2015)- Second Place in Poetry Writing in Filipino and Best Theater Workshop Awardee
- Jericha Del Mundo (BRafeNHS 2016)- Second Place in Extemporaneous Speech in Filipino and Second Place in Essay Writing Contest in Filipino
With the theme “Say Yes: Surpassing Limits and Unleashing the Power of the Filipino Youthâ€, the conference was attended by 19 public and private Grade Schools and High Schools composed of 125 delegates from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao who actively showcased their wits and aptitudes in the multifarious categories set by the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc. Mr. Jesus Sulit Jr. accompanied the delegates.
