A Memorial Mass for Francis Luis B. Perlas or Mcsi, as he is fondly called, will be offered tomorrow, January 23, 8:00AMÂ at the Our Lady of the Star Chapel, DLSZ.
This year marks his 10th death anniversary. DLSZ invites everyone who knows and remembers Mcsi to attend the Memorial Mass.
