The Department of Education (DepEd) has suspended elementary and high school classes in all private and public schools in Metro Manila on Friday, June 24, 2011 due to flash floods that struck many parts in Metro Manila on Thursday following heavy rains.
DepEd National Capital Region Director Elena Ruiz issued the announcement in an interview with dzMM Thursday.
