Llesis\u00a0(DLSZ 2016)\u00a0<\/b><b>won second\u00a0place<\/b>\u00a0in the\u00a0<b>Poster Making Category\u00a0<\/b>held last September 18.<\/span><br \/>\n<span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"color: #222222;\">The competition carried the theme, &#8220;Current Issues and Breakthroughs in Philippine Mining and Metallurgy&#8221;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"color: #222222;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">The students had pilot plant visit wherein different processes of purifying minerals from rock and soil, and mixing various chemical and reactants were safely demonstrated and explained.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Mr. Herman Yupio was\u00a0as his trainor.
