(Kilusang Kayumanggi), an NGO which aims to preserve, foster and promote the Filipino cultural genius, sponsored the concluded Essay Writing Contest for Elementary (Grades IV to VI) in connection with Kulturang Pinoy Quiz Wiz Year 4.<br \/>\nCongratulations, Sofia and Victoria!
