Our very own sophomore student, Janus de Guzman (DLSZ 2016), donated his entire winnings at the 42nd<\/sup> Philippine International Open championships to the victims of Typhoon Yolanda.
\nJanus finished third and earned P10,000 in the said tournament. He may be one of the youngest bowlers in the 40-man field but it did not stop him from beating other contenders.
\nHis little act of kindness will surely make a big difference to the lives of the survivors displaced in the cities of Visayas. In fulfillment of St. John Baptist de La Salle\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s mission, Janus\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 generosity reveals that young people are starting to respond to the needs of \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the lost, the least, and the last\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.
