For the first time, De La Salle Santiago Zobel School joined a speech choir competition that focused on valuing our national language and celebrating our rich culture.<\/p>\n

Last September 28, DLSZ participated in SIGABO 2013, an annual regional Sabayang Pagbigkas competition with the theme “Kultura: Pamana ng Nakaraan, Regalo ng Kasalukuyan at Susi ng Kinabukasan.”
\nSelected DLSZ Junior students were very enthusiastic in showing their skills and love for the country. The group were accompanied by the High School Filipino Department headed by Mr. Teodulo Blas, Jr.
\nThe students were trained by their teachers Mr. Arvin Jasper Villanueva, Ms. Heidi Caldo and Mrs. Ria Vicente-Gomez.
