Huge congratulations to the DLSZ Taekwondo team for a mid-year championship sweep!<\/p>

The team represented their school on the national stage from October 25 to 31, 2025 at General Santos City.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Competing against some of the best young athletes from across the country, the team demonstrated resilience, discipline, and true sportsmanship throughout the tournament.<\/span><\/p>

              Competing in the high-stakes <\/span>Kyorugi<\/b> (sparring) events, the athletes faced off against the nation’s top-tier practitioners. The “Best of the Best” tournament is renowned for its elite level of competition, serving as a proving ground for the most dedicated martial artists in the country.<\/span><\/p>

              The performance of these young athletes continues the long-standing tradition of sportsmanship, discipline and excellence at DLSZ.<\/span><\/p>

              The team delivered a spectacular performance last August 23-24, 2025 at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium, Manila City.<\/p>

              The highlight of the weekend was the commanding performance of Roux Dylan Misagal (not in photo), who battled through a competitive bracket to secure the Gold Medal. Misagal\u2019s victory stood as a testament to the technical skill and tactical maturity fostered within the DLSZ program.<\/p>

              The team also saw two athletes reach the finals to secure Silver Medals:<\/p>
