Natalie Christine Jorge (DLSZ 1993)<\/strong>, Earl Martin Valencia (DLSZ 1999)<\/strong>, and Ana Rosario Oposa (DLSZ 2006)<\/strong> are Manila\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 40 under 40 honourees<\/strong> marked by their contribution in Philippine Social development.<\/p>\n

Natalie has contributed in raising the quality of education in the Philippines, has promoted good governance and democratic citizenship among youth, and has put up an advocacy campaign for orphanages and day care centers, being the executive director of Bato Balani Foundation Inc., president and lead convener of Young Public Servants, and founder of Project LIA (Love In Action) respectively. Natalie has also participated in international leadership programs for her involvements in the field of social development and leadership.
\nEarl’s strong belief in the ability of Filipinos to innovate has led him back to his motherland, the Philippines, and co-founded IdeaSpace, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153a non-profit incubator that aims to promote economic development through technology and entrepreneurship\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. \u00c2\u00a0Aside from IdeaSpace, he is concurrently the head of corporate development at Smart Communications.
\nAnna has co-founded a movement called Save the Philippine Seas that protect the world\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s richest marine resources. She was also the co-founder of Isko Cleans UP, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153a waste management program based in the University of the Philippines \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Diliman\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. She is considered as one of the young global shapers of the Philippines.
\nDevex, the world\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s largest community of aid and development professionals, honors \u00e2\u20ac\u015340 global development leaders in the Metro Manila area who are under 40 years of age. The Manila 40 Under 40 awardees form an accomplished group of development professionals working in international organizations, the Philippine government, civil society, social enterprises and media.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d
\nDe La Salle Santiago Zobel is gratified to have alumni who are part of today\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s young development leaders. Faithful to the ideals of our founder, St. John Baptist De La Salle, Natalie, Earl and Anna are the epitome of selfless service to the lost, the least, and the last.
