Congratulations to our Grade School (GS) and Junior High School (JHS) students <\/strong>for winning the championship<\/strong> and for receiving special recognition<\/strong> in the Hackathon for Girls 2023 <\/strong>held last February 4 – 11, 2023<\/strong>, at Uptown Mall BGC, Accenture, Taguig City, Philippines.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hackathon for Girls 2023 <\/strong>with the theme: Breaking Barriers, Building Bridge<\/strong>, held activities for young girls aimed to inspire them to pursue STEM careers.  Twenty-two (22) young girls from various regions and schools in the Philippines took on the challenge of writing a research paper, delivering a pitch, and developing and deploying a prototype or application to solve various problems. The event also held talks on the fundamentals of coding and artificial intelligence which aims to further develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to solve real-world problems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
