Holidays are upon us once again, it may be celebrated differently\u00a0this time but it should not stop us from being grateful for the good things too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s season of Christmas, the artists from the Senior High School\u2019s Arts and Design track will showcase artistic prowess in \u201cYuletide: A Christmas Art Festival,\u201d an online art exhibit program which will be held on the 17th of December 2020 from 9:30am to 11:30am via Facebook Live through the HS SRCC\u2019s Facebook Page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organized by the Arts and Design students under the mentorship of the teachers in the track, this online exhibition will feature various artworks created by the students coming from different art streams – Applied Fine Arts, Film and Literary Arts, Print and Digital Media, Music and Music Production and Theater. The segments shall highlight the students\u2019 skills demonstrated in the various outputs and projects in their respective streams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Original songs created by young musicians, films produced by youthful movie-makers, paintings and designs created by aspiring artists, among many others, will be featured by the creative hands coming from the classes of 11L and 12L, reminiscent of the spark of hope that made them carry on in producing artworks despite the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We encourage students and parents to witness this special occasion that will highlight the creativity and hard work put together by the Arts and Design students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
