\u201cVictory is won not in miles but in inches. Win a little now, hold your ground, and later, win a little more\u201d<\/em>, wrote Louis L’Amour, American novelist and short story writer. This is what the four-member BRafeNHS Robotics Team demonstrated on January 28, 2020 during the Inter-La Salle Robotics Games (ILSRG) 2020 at De La Salle University Araneta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Snitching two major significant\nawards, the team astonished the spectators with their knowledge, abilities, and\nstrategies in assembling, programming and manipulating their robots in two\ncategories: Captain Court Football Game and Mission Challenge. The members were\nable to overcome the short period of preparation prior to the competition and\nmanaged to show confidence and determination until the end of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An initiative of West Luzon Cluster of De La\nSalle Philippines, the ILSRG 2020 was anchored on the leitmotif \u201cDLSU Cares: An\nInvitation to Stewardship\u201d that brought together select students from different\nLa Salle schools who showcased their ploy and dexterity in robotics with other\nelite teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competed in the different events were De La Salle\nAraneta University, De La Salle University \u2013 Science and Technology Center, De\nLa Salle Univerity – Lipa, Health and Sciences Institute, Jaime Hilario Integrated\nSchool La Salle, La Salle Greenhills and the De La Salle Zobel Robotics Elite Team\ntogether with the BRafeNHS Robotics Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Early last year, the DLSZ BRafeNHS\nRobotics Team likewise competed in the 18th Philippine Robotics Olympiad (PRO) Finals\nheld on September 5, 2019 at the 4th Floor Cyberzone, SM Annex North EDSA,\nQuezon City where they received 10th<\/sup> and 11th<\/sup> Over-All\nRanks from among the 170 competing  JHS\nand SHS teams nationwide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
