\nThe Land Transportation Office (LTO) conducts “Oplan Colorum”, a nationwide drive against non-compliant service providers. Upon apprehension, the vehicle is automatically impounded. As such, the school respectfully seeks your kind assistance in requiring your service operators to strictly comply with the requirements set forth by LTO and the Land Transportation Franchise and Regulatory Board (LTFRB). We do not want any of our student-riders to be inconvenienced at all, in case the service provider is found to be non-compliant.
\nLTO requires all school transport service providers to comply with its legal requirements, as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. vehicle has yellow-painted body;<\/li>\n
  2. plate number must be registered “For Hire” (with yellow-plate); and<\/li>\n
  3. LTFRB Case No., name of operator, and name of the school must be visibly displayed on the body.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Inspection of the vehicles was done in school last summer . The Registered Transport Service Provider s (RTSP) were informed of consequences of non-compliance.
