DLSZ, under the leadership of Br. Bernard S. Oca FSC as President, shall be launching\u00a0the Lasallian Digital Citizenship Campaign. He underscored Digital Citizenship<\/em><\/strong> as one of his priorities in A.Y. 2016 \u2013 2017. With the growth and positive impact of using technology for the teaching \u2013 learning process, Br. Bernie also values the responsible use of technology. Overall, the campaign will provide knowledge, skills and values on the appropriate and responsible use of technology to teachers, parents, and most especially to\u00a0the students.
\nThe specific goals of the Lasallian Digital Citizenship Campaign are the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. educate students and adults on the appropriate and responsible use of technology<\/li>\n
  2. ensure that they demonstrate appropriate behavior when interacting with other people through digital technology in line with the Lasallian core values of Faith, Service, and Communion in Mission<\/li>\n
  3. To come up with guidelines on the following 9 components of digital citizenship:\n
      \n
    1. Digital literacy<\/li>\n
    2. Digital etiquette<\/li>\n
    3. Digital rights and responsibilities<\/li>\n
    4. Digital health and wellness<\/li>\n
    5. Digital security (self-protection)<\/li>\n
    6. Digital law<\/li>\n
    7. Digital access<\/li>\n
    8. Digital commerce<\/li>\n
    9. Digital communication<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The launch for the students shall be led by the Student Representative Coordinating Council (SRCC) with the assistance of their Advisers on the following dates to be held in the Sylvia P. Lina Theater:<\/p>\n
