This recognition is given to schools that are considered as the \u201cbest of the best in education transformation\u201d in Asia and worldwide.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DLSZ was selected as a Showcase School in recognition of its transformative way of utilizing technology in its curriculum, as evident in the implementation of the Next Generation Blended Learning (NxGBL)&#8211;blending face-to-face instruction, multimedia and mobile devices to enable dynamic and personalized learning processes so that students will be able to develop innovation skills.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With this recognition, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the school hopes to continue to keep the standards of Education Technology at par with global standards so we can continue forming lifelong learners who are reflective, creative, critical thinkers, and problem solvers in a transformative and innovative learning environment.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DLSZ received\u00a0this recognition alongside La Salle Green Hills and Asia Pacific College. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a Showcase School, DLSZ receives support and opportunities from Microsoft to share innovation in teaching and learning among globally recognized schools.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apart from the aforementioned award, \u00a0two of our Lasallian Partners&#8211;Ms. Emelita Baylon and Mr. Symbol Fabellon, High School Science Teacher&#8211;were granted Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) Expert Certification last December 2015.<\/span><br \/>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11082\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11082\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dlszobel.edu.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/unnamed.jpeg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-11082\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dlszobel.edu.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/unnamed-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Sonja Delafosse, Microsoft Worldwide Lead for MIEE and Education, hands over the certificate to DLSZ President, Br.
