style=\"color: #000000;\">In 2009, the members of the Operations Council and the middle level administrators put their heads together to review the school\u2019s development plans and to set up an even more relevant Institutional Medium-Term Strategic Rolling Development Plan for 2009 to 2012.&nbsp; After a series of careful evaluations and a thorough review of the Vision and Mission statement of the school, the new Institutional Strategic Plans with the acronym A.V.A.T.A.R.S. were born. 12 years later, the School still aligns its programs and plans with A.V.A.T.A.R.S.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7774\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dlszobel.edu.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/avatars.jpeg\" alt=\"avatars\" width=\"715\" height=\"442\"><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><span
