ADMISSIONS POLICY

The De La Salle Santiago Zobel School (DLSZ) is a Catholic school. Non-Catholics are admitted provided they participate in all religious activities that are required of the students. No exemption shall be granted by reason of membership in or affiliation with a different religion. 

A student’s application will be given due course when the student-applicant meets all the academic requirements and has none of the disqualification prescribed by the School, the Department of Education 2010 Revised Manual of Regulations for Private Schools in Basic Education and the DLSZ Student Handbook as amended and such other rules promulgated by the School.

The school reserves the right at any time to refuse, to admit, or to re-admit students under certain conditions as enrolment in DLSZ is a privilege.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A graduate from a public elementary school;
  • From financially challenged families within Muntinlupa and its adjacent cities;
  • With annual family income below PhP 350,000.00; and
  • With a General Average of 85% or higher, no grade below 82% in all subjects and a Conduct Grade of at least B (80-84)

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

A. If parents/guardians are employed:

  • latest payslip (2 months);
  • BIR Form 2316; 
  • BIR Form 1701A; or
  • Contract of Employment and latest remittance slip (for OFWs).

B. If parents/guardians are unemployed (not working):

  • Certificate of Tax Exemption (issued by the BIR); or
  • Social Case Study Report (issued by the DSWD)
  • Notarized Affidavit of Source of Income stating average monthly earnings/support received

Application Form

Fill out and submit the online application form via the DLSZ Admissions Portal

Application Fee Payment

Requirements Submission

Upload all online application requirements via the DLSZ Admissions Portal.

*Only applicants who have submitted complete application requirements will be given a Test Permit.

Admissions Test

Download the Test Permit from the Admissions Portal (https://admissions.dlszobel.edu.ph)  and take the test as scheduled.

Final Interview

Check the initial application status on the date specified in the Test Permit through the DLSZ Admissions Portal.

  • Call the Admissions Office to set an appointment for the final interview.

PROCEDURE FOR CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT

Download and accomplish the Affidavit of Undertaking (AU) from the DLSZ Admissions Portal.

The AU must also be notarized.

Issuance of the DLSZ Family Portal Account.

Check the primary email address used at the start of the application for an email on how to access the portal.

Pay the registration fee (PHP 520) through the different payment facilities.

To be officially enrolled, submit the complete enrollment documentary requirements stated in the AU to the Registrar’s Office.

For incomplete documents, submit the original physical copy of the notarized AU.

Upload the notarized AU and the registration proof of payment to the DLSZ Admissions Portal. Email these documents to nhsadmissions@dlszobel.edu.ph and studentaccounts@dlszobel.edu.ph.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All submitted documents in compliance with the application and enrollment requirements shall become the property of DLSZ and are not to be returned to the applicant.

The following enrollment requirements must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office in Alabang Campus on or before August 31, 2024:

  • Original Copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (formerly National Statistics Office); 
  • Original Final Report Card (DepEd School Form 9) of the current level signed by the School Head/Registrar which indicates the level completed and the level the student is eligible for admission to; 
  • Certified True Copy of Grade 6 Diploma (for Grade Seven transferee)/ Certificate of Completion with the student’s LRN (for Grade Eleven transferee); and
  • Form 137 (DepEd School Form 10)
