Our very own Maurice Sacho Ilustre (DLSZ 2018) will represent the Philippines in the FINA WORLD JUNIOR SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIP to be held in Singapore this August 25 to 30, 2015.
Sacho was only one of the two boys who was chosen by the Philippine Sports Commission to represent our country.
Only the top swimmers in the world will be competing in this event. Sacho will be swimming in the ages 16 to 18 category. Although , still just 15 years of age, by FINA rules , Sacho will swim in the higher category.
Yesterday, August 19, Sacho was made brand ambassador of Aqua Sphere (swimming equipment) and will be supported by the FORZA Foundation (managed by the Guidicelli family) towards his dreams of making the Olympics.
